Studio Rental - Coming Soon at Fast Lane Enterprises and Consulting, LLC is our way of opening the doors of our future professional studio to more than just label artists. We know plenty of independent musicians, podcasters, and creatives don't want a traditional record deal-but they do want reliable, high-quality space to work.
Once the studio is complete, you'll be able to rent parts of the facility by appointment: vocal booth time, production space, or full-room sessions depending on your project. This is ideal if you're a local artist with your own engineer, a producer who needs a treated room to finish mixes, or a small team recording podcasts or content.
We're designing the rental model to be flexible and artist-friendly. That means clear pricing, online booking, and the option for virtual consultations beforehand so you know exactly what to expect when you walk in. For artists who work odd hours or balance music with jobs and family, our plan is to offer 24/7 availability so you can create when it actually fits your life.
The space will reflect our values: accessible, inclusive, and comfortable. Expect wheelchair access, Wi-Fi, parking, and a pet-friendly vibe so you can bring the support animal (or quiet, well-behaved studio dog) that helps you feel at ease.
